Ohio Township Park
Pavilion Rental
The Ohio Township Park (OTP) is located at 3511 Libbert Road, Newburgh, IN.
RESERVATIONS
Clients must be twenty-one (21) years of age to reserve the Pavilion.
Reservations are made by calling 812-853-8835. The requested date, if available, will be held with a name, email, and phone number for seven (7) days. During the seven (7) days, Ohio Township, Warrick County, Indiana d/b/a Ohio Township Park (“OTP”) requires a signed Rental Agreement with the Rent and Damage Deposit to hold the date. If the Rental Agreement, Rent, and Damage Deposit are not received within seven (7) days, the reservation date will be released.
Cash and checks are accepted. Client must arrange for an alternate payment within 48 hours for any returned checks and is responsible for rejected-payment fee.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A Damage Deposit of $100 is required for all rentals, but the Client’s liability for damages is not limited to $100.
The Client agrees to assume financial responsibility for any damage to the Facility or loss, including theft of objects or property belonging to Ohio Township Park, and for any personal injury incurred in the Facility or adjoining park grounds, caused in whole or in part by any act or omission of the Client and/or its guests.
The Damage Deposit will be retained if a disturbance occurs during the use of the Facility and adjoining property which would result in the intervention of the Ohio Township Park Staff, Sheriff’s Department, or any other public agency.
The Damage Deposit will be refunded to the Client after the Event provided no damage occurred, no excessive clean-up is required, and the key is returned to the Township Trustee Office.
PAVILION FEATURES
- Approximately 713 square feet of gathering space in each room.
- ADA accessible.
- Two (2) rooms – Engine and Hydrant.
- Eight (8) tables and forty-eight (48) chairs in each room.
- Electrical outlet.
- Counter with cabinets and sink.
- Small undercounter refrigerator.
PARK AMENITIES
The splash pad and other park features are for use by the public. Rental of the Pavilion does not mean rental of the park.
CANCELLATION
OTP may cancel an Event if the Facility has become unsafe or unsuitable for use due to natural disasters or conditions beyond our control. In such conditions, at the Client’s option, the Event may be rescheduled for a mutually acceptable date. If a date cannot be established or if the Client opts not to reschedule, OTP will refund all payments received.
